About Newnan, GA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Newnan, Georgia is a wealthy and charming residential suburban community not far outside of Atlanta. The temperate, seasonal weather is part of what makes the town so attractive.  In addition, its vicinity to Atlanta, the town’s stunning homes, and the friendly atmosphere make Newnan a great choice for those with children, senior citizens or people who just prefer quiet over the buzz of a big city.

The city is home to one the few museums in the area that focuses mainly on African American history. The Coweta County African American Heritage Museum and Research Center was opened in a donated mill village home, once owned by a prominent citizen - Ruby Caswell. The museum sits on the premises of an old, unmarked, slave graveyard. It has composed hundreds of family genealogical records through interview and is focused on recreating and celebrating the contributions of Black people in Georgia, and all over the U.S.

Part of its charm and uniqueness is that Newnan was largely uninjured by the Civil War. This was mostly due to its status as a hospital city for Confederate troops.  Because it was not harmed in battle, the town still features much antebellum style architecture and design. The town is still very much a testament to Southern history.  There is no better way to spend a warm spring or summer day than strolling through downtown and taking in the buildings.
