About Fayetteville, GA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Fayetteville, Georgia is a beautifully historic southern town filled with charm and natural beauty, as well as history.  The beautiful, seasonal weather and gorgeous lush trees make it a picture perfect place to raise a family. In fact, it could not be any more perfect for kids.  For example, it is home to Fun Junction USA, which is the third largest amusement park in the state. Moderate, seasonal weather means rollercoasters in the summer and snow in the winter for the perfect balance.

History abounds in this adorable town. Fayetteville, Georgia was established in 1823 and later became the county seat of Fayette County. Both Fayetteville and Fayette County are named for Marquis De Lafayette. The Fayette County Courthouse, built in 1825, is located in the center of the Fayetteville town square. It is the oldest surviving courthouse in all of Georgia. The Margaret Mitchell Library, built in 1948 serves as the center of operations of the Fayette County Historical Society, where all sorts of amazing history is shared and celebrated.   Touring these old homes and museums would be a great way to spend a cold wintery Georgia day.

The area is culturally diverse and progressive.  For example, Pride Gardens is a lovely garden built to commemorate AIDS victims in the 80’s. It was founded by a noted gay advocate by the name of Niles Carl.  Go spend a warm spring day taking in the beauty of the gardens and paying respects to those lives that were lost too soon. In addition, the image of Georgia is beginning to shift. In recent years, Georgia has become a hub for actors, artists and more. The Pinewood Atlanta Studios, located in town, is the largest film and television production studio in the United States (outside, of course, of California).
